For those of you who are not sure about spices, this soup is for you. A yummy chicken taste using our Canadian MSG free soup base for a deep, delicious flavour.
Adding chicken, or veggies is an optional but awesome way to change this soup up (and maybe even free your fridge of some leftovers)!

Red lentils, onion, garlic, green lentils, apple, chicken soup base, parsley, salt.
Add 7 cups water and full contents of bag.
Bring to boil.
Lower heat, cover and simmer 50-60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
