**LOCAL Delivery is free over $39.95 within the City of Ottawa proper and some surrounding areas.  If your local order is $39.95 or more, please choose LOCAL PICKUP and write PLEASE DELIVER in the notes area or please contact us at hello@kanatasoup.ca. You are, of course, also able to pickup for free on any order. Thank you!

We currently offer standard shipping (5 business days from the date parcel is mailed), but often expedited is the same price, so if that is an option we will choose the expedited for shipping.

Please note that during exceptional times (ie: Covid, holiday season) we cannot guarantee the speed of shipping due to delays with the carrier.

We use Canada Post only for our shipping needs.

Shipping Policies

We require 7 (seven) business days to fulfill each order.  We strive to post them within 2 (two) days, but within 7 (seven) is guaranteed to be processed and mailed.
