Southwest Soup Mix

Y’all love this soup!

This soup was created down in Florida while on vacation. Upon trying a southwest type soup in a restaurant, we came up with our own unique version of it. Using mild chili and a pinch of paprika and featuring local corn and sweet red peppers, this bean based soup is a delight (and is Terry’s favourite.. shhh.. don’t tell anyone).

Just add diced tomatoes and water! This soup mix comes with everything else you’ll need!

Try adding in some meat or veggies to change this soup up! An excellent chance to use up some leftovers from your fridge!
