Travel to Tuscany on your tongue

The word minestrone is a combination of 2 Italian words meaning “to serve” and “to administer a remedy”. This bean and vegetable tomato-based soup is another example of amazing Italian cookery. Using Italian herbs, this soup is packed with fibre and deliciousness.

Just add canned tomatoes and water! This soup mix comes with everything else you’ll need!

Try adding in some meat or veggies to change this soup up! An excellent chance to use up some leftovers from your fridge!
