This soup is a spicy little ode to cajun cuisine. A lively mix of so many different cultures all in one bowl fusing to create a gratifying bite. And it’s vegan and gluten free!
Just add water! This soup mix comes with everything you’ll need!
Try adding in some meat or veggies to change this soup up! An excellent chance to use up some leftovers from your fridge!
Canadian tri-colour quinoa, MSG free vegetable soup base, green beans, yellow beans, carrots, sundried tomatoes, garlic powder, onion, parsley, pepper, thyme, paprika, cayenne, red pepper flakes.
Add 10 cups water and vegetable package only in a pot and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 25 minutes.
Then add the rest of the soup bag contents and simmer for 15-18 minutes.
Did you know that you don’t need to make the whole package? Just “shake it up” and make a portion.
