Oatmeal Cranberry Cookie Mix


Cranberries… not just for thanksgiving…


Not just for Thanksgiving.. the humble and delicious cranberry adds a tart and fabulous burst to these oatmeal cookies.

You’ll Need:
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon molasses (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

To make these cookies more decadent, add 1 cup white chocolate chips. We personally add 1 tablespoon of pure orange extract to this recipe to make it over the top delightful.

The ingredients in this pouch are vegan. Use substitutes for the eggs and butter to make vegan treats!

Soupies (2 servings), Regular (4 servings)


Flour, white sugar, cranberries, baking soda, salt, oats, cinnamon.


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all wet and dry ingredients together.
Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Cool slightly and put onto wire rack.

Makes 36 cookies.
